Hemant's next chapter is to become a real estate broker at a professional, institutional standard — and then build the entire ecosystem around it, in service of Startup India 2047 and Viksit Bharat 2047.
Property is the largest asset most Indian families will ever own, and yet the transaction itself remains the least organised part of their financial life. Hemant's goal is to change that: to operate as a professional real estate broker and to build a professional real estate company that sets a new standard for the sector.
The ambition goes beyond broking. The plan is an entire ecosystem — verified inventory, legal due diligence, financing, valuation, training and post-sale service — designed to make property transactions transparent, documented and trustworthy, and mapped to the Startup India 2047 agenda.
Hemant is currently working towards Prime Minister Narendra Modi's Viksit Bharat 2047 mission. He believes a developed India will be built by founders who create formal jobs, formalise informal industries and train the people who come next — so he openly invites students and startup enthusiasts to reach out. He helps with the practical things: registering the entity, keeping compliant books, pricing the first offer, finding the first paying customer, and staying in the game long enough to compound.
