The story of Hemant Kumar Srivastava

Hemant Kumar Srivastava is the Founder and Chairman of ISHP Strategic Business Ventures Private Limited, a strategic business and venture-building company. He is a cybersecurity graduate of Jharkhand Raksha Shakti University, one of India's few universities dedicated to security and police science.

His foundation was built in the classroom, where academic discipline and preparation became habits that carried into a cybersecurity degree. At Jharkhand Raksha Shakti University he learned to think in terms of systems, risk, least privilege and incident response — frameworks he now uses to design organisations rather than networks.

Before ISHP Strategic Business Ventures Private Limited, Hemant founded and led three other organisations — JSHP Corporation, JSHP Technologies Inc. and ISHP LLP — making him the founder of four organisations in total. Each was a deliberate step: a first corporate vehicle, a technology venture built on his security expertise, and a partner-led LLP for professional service mandates, before consolidating the group into a private limited company where he serves as Chairman.

His work has been featured by Doordarshan Jharkhand, The Times of India and various component and partner organisations. He has been recognised as one of the most influential personalities in the 20 Under 20 list for his impact as a young founder and mentor.

Today his focus is forward-looking: building a professional real estate brokerage and complete ecosystem in India, aligned with the Startup India 2047 agenda, while actively contributing to Prime Minister Narendra Modi's Viksit Bharat 2047 mission. Alongside that, he keeps an open door for students and startup enthusiasts, helping them with practical, hands-on support rather than theory.
